Fiona Zuzartee Wins Miss Malaysia-Indian Global 2008

After 3 months of work, Fiona won the Miss Malaysia-Indian Global 2008 crown on Saturday night. Oh boy, did we scream our lungs out!

She looked stunning in an emerald green gown designed by Dominique Chan and carried herself beautifully. In the final Question round, she was asked her opinion on whether subjects in primary school should continue to be taught in English. She replied with an assertive "Yes", saying that she believed English should be kept in primary and secondary schools because it is the medium of instruction in tertiary institutions and the language of the world.

Thank you, everyone, who helped make this a huge success!
