The True Nature of Puan Salmah

I watched Hellboy II yesterday, where one of the scenes showed a Really Cool Gadget. It was a pair of spectacles which when worn, enables the user to see the true nature of people. Case in point: Hellboy's horns are normally flat-ish and chopped off, but if you look at him using the spectacles, you'd see a full-grown pair of horns and a fire burning between them.

This morning I was wondering what I'd see if I peered through those glasses. I was also wondering who I should look at. Then, a vision floated in my head:
